Transferring Money From Zena

We understand that managing finances should be straightforward, which is why we've made moving your money a breeze. To get your funds from Zena back to your bank account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to Zena and navigate to Balance on the left navigation bar.
  2. In the Balance section of the Zena app, click on the Transfer button as shown below.

  3. You’ll be prompted to select the bank account to which you’d like to transfer money from your Zena balance. All previously linked bank accounts will appear in the list.  
  4. Enter the amount you wish to transfer from your Zena total balance to your bank account. *Please ensure the amount does not exceed your available balance.

5. Verify the amount and select Transfer. Once confirmed, the transfer will be initiated.

You can view your transfer history by going to the Balance Movements section at the bottom of the main Balance page.

Please note: Standard Transfers typically take 1–2 business days and cannot be canceled once they have been processed. There are no fees associated with transferring money to your bank account.
