Making a Payment

At the end of every day, we'll automatically initiate a transfer from your connected bank account to pay your outstanding balance on your Zena Card. To ensure on-time payments, please keep your bank account connected and up to date.

You can view the status of your payments by going to the Payments page within your Zena account.

Make a Manual Payment

Account admins can also make early payments of any amount to free up more spending room. Zena will immediately credit you for your payment, allowing you to free up funds within your daily spend limit.

Follow the steps below to make a payment manually:

1. Log in to Zena and navigate to Payment on the left navigation bar.
2. Select the Make Payment button, as shown below, to open the payment options.
