Along with other Zena Rewards, you'll receive the annual Pro Membership + Free Shipping from Daniel House Club entirely on us. You can use it to access an average of 30% off from over 200+ different vendors.

There are two places you can access your Daniel House Club discount code once you've been approved for the Zena Card:

1. As soon as you sign up for the Zena Card and connect your bank account, you'll receive an email giving you your personal discount code.

Navigate to Rewards & Perks within your Zena account to access your unique discount code.

Please note that the discount code will be emailed to the Admin connected to the bank account within Zena.

To get started with your membership from your Zena Account:

From your Zena Account, once you have been approved for the Zena Card, you'll see Rewards & Benefits in your left-hand navigation. Click here:

Select the Discounts tab.

Click on the Copy code icon in the box with your unique discount code.

Select Shop now. You'll then be sent to the Daniel House Club & Zena Membership page.
Select Activate Membership.

From this page, select the Pro Annual Plan.
Paste your unique discount code, as shown below:

To activate your Daniel House Club membership, skip the Credit Card Details fields and continue with the rest of your company details, such as name, phone number, email address, address, and trade status!

Lead Times

With the current state of the global furniture supply chain, DHC cannot guarantee lead times, but they do their best to keep them up to date. If you need confirmation before ordering, email concierge@danielhouse.club, and DHC will confirm it before you make a purchase. After purchasing, DH will confirm with the vendor and share the expected ship date then.

Sample Requests

DHC is more than happy to coordinate with the vendor to send you any requested sample/swatch and/or custom order or COM order. DHC coordinates the shipment from the vendor directly, and for custom orders, they create the custom SKU for you to use, etc. For COM, DHC also coordinates the shipping of your fabric to the vendor for any testing purposes, etc.

Client Communication

If you want DHC to communicate with your clients directly, they can do so. You have the option to have your clients transact directly through the DHC website, and when you do that, DHC automatically sends them information about their order. Of course, you also receive this information.

Upgrading to Daniel House Pro +

Zena Members are eligible for a 20% discount on the Daniel House Pro+ plan. This reduces the Daniel House Club Pro+ Membership from $129/mo to $99/mo (if paid monthly). Once you have created your DHC account using your Zena discount code, reach out to concierge@danielhouse.club with your name, business name, email used to sign up for DHC, and "I'm a Zena customer, and I'd like to be a DHC Pro+ member." DHC will configure the upgrade directly.
