Reporting a Lost or Stolen Card
If you believe your Zena card is lost or stolen, please cancel it in your Zena account and review any recent transactions for fraudulent activity to dispute. You may also follow up with the Zena Member Support team for assistance.
If you've lost your card or suspect it has been stolen, you may report it stolen or lost within your account. This action cannot be undone and will close the card permanently, declining all attempts to use the card going forward.
Please follow the directions below to report a lost or stolen card:
- Log in to your Zena account and navigate to Cards or the project associated with the card.
- Find the card you'd like to close and use the menu on the top right-hand side of the card image to select Report Lost or Report Stolen.
Follow the prompts to select if your card was lost or stolen, as shown below:
Selecting this action means that all purchases going forward will be declined if anyone attempts to use the card. You cannot undo this action, and the card will be reported to Visa as closed permanently.
