Getting Started with the Dashboard

The first thing you'll see when you log in to your Zena account is your dashboard. The dashboard will show an overview of the latest events in your account.

Credit: Available to Spend

In this section, you'll find the total amount available for spending on your Zena Card(s). This figure is determined by examining the balance of the checking account linked to your Zena Card account, allowing 80% of the amount available to be used within Zena.

As you spend with your Zena Card(s), you'll also notice the current balance change to reflect all recent transactions that have been made pending any repayment.

Your spending limit will also change to reflect your available balance within your checking account and the payment you've made toward your Zena Card balance. This will allow you to continue to use your Zena Card(s) while pending repayments are processed.

Upcoming Payments

At the end of each day, Zena will tally up your daily expenses using your Zena Card(s) and deduct that total from the checking account linked to your Zena Card account. If there's a delay in your repayment for the day, we'll adjust your credit limit to include your balance plus a hold. You'll need to clear this in your account before you can make new charges with your Zena Card(s).
