Refunds in Zena

If you return an item purchased on a Zena card to a merchant, a few things will happen.

Once a merchant has processed your refund, the credited amount will appear in your Zena account as soon as possible.

Please note that some merchants may take several days to process a refund.

Whenever you receive a refund for transactions made using your Zena card, the refunded amount will be added to your Zena balance. If the return is the only activity in a given daily period, you'll have a credit in the beginning balance of the following statement. This means you'll have the refunded sum as available credit within your Zena account rather than the funds being sent back to the specific card used for the transaction or within your personal bank account.

If you would like the refund amount returned to your bank account, you can initiate a Transfer from Zena. Please note that transfers back to your bank account may take up to 5 business days.

Even if your card is locked or canceled, rest assured that refunds will still be processed accordingly.
