Viewing Individual Transactions in a Statement

If you have not yet connected your business bank account(s) to track in Zena, you'll be prompted to Apply for the Zena Card to track your transactions automatically and/or connect your other business accounts to import external transactions.

The Zena Card operates on a daily pay system, where the total amount you've spent using both your physical and virtual Zena cards is automatically deducted from your linked bank account each day. Every day, we issue a statement in your account detailing your daily expenditures and the corresponding payment made to Zena.

As a result, your account will reflect a single deduction at the close of each business day, which consolidates all your transactions. If you’d like to view those individual transactions within your daily statement, there are two ways this can be done:

Transaction Search

You can find individual transactions in a number of different ways within Zena. If you know the merchant name, simply use the Transactions page to search by merchant name.

In cases where you're uncertain about the merchant's name, you can alternatively search by merchant, amount, or card number to pinpoint the specific transaction you wish to review.

Statements View

If you would like to see which transactions apply to your current statement, you can do so by clicking on your individual statements on your Statements page.

Each statement comprehensively lists all transactions linked to payments made to Zena, accompanied by detailed payment information, as depicted below.

Scroll down below your statement details to see all transactions listed that were associated with this statement. Click on the Transaction to edit, add a MemoReceiptSpend Categories, or change which Project that transaction is associated with.
