Exporting Transactions

Zena makes it easy to export your transactions, giving you a clear view of your spending and helping you keep your finances organized. With just a few simple steps, you can download your transaction data as a CSV file, making it convenient for budgeting, expense tracking, or preparing for tax season. In this guide, we'll walk you through the process of exporting your transactions from Zena so you can manage your financial information effortlessly.

Exporting your transaction data from Zena is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to download your transactions as a CSV file:

  1. Log in to Zena and navigate to Transactions from the left navigation bar.
  2. On the main tab, All Transactions, you may specify any date ranges, search for keywords, or apply other filters. Then, in the upper right corner, select the Download button.
  3. A tray will appear on the right side of the page, and you may select other criteria for the transactions you wish to export. Once your selection is completed, click Download CSV file.
  4. Once the download is ready, an email with a link to the exported file will be sent to the account associated with your Zena profile.
  5. You will be redirected to the Transactions Exports under the Transactions page in your Zena account, where you can see a list of all exported CSV files.

  1. Finally, click Download to download and save the file.

Remember that you can access your exported files at any time from the Transactions Exports page in your Zena account.
