Changing Personal & Company Information

To safeguard against fraud, for any updates to sensitive personal information—including your name, business address, date of birth, or Social Security Number— you'll need to contact Zena Member Support so that we can place this request with our bank partner on your behalf to ensure these changes are handled securely.

When you contact us, please notify us of the reasoning for the change. We may ask you to provide documentation.

Changing Company Information

Outside of these personal details, you can change other information within the Settings > Company & Team page.

Changing Personal Information

To change your email, name, or profile image, click on your profile picture at the top right-hand side of your screen (or the Zena logo if you have not yet added a photo).

Select "Manage Profile" from the drop-down as shown below and begin editing your information.
