Payment Not Appearing in Bank Account

Zena processes repayments daily, so our Statements will look different from typical monthly bank and credit card statements. Each day's purchases from your Zena cards are totaled and deducted from your bank account as one sum from 'Zena.' Each Statement will list the transactions included in each Payment made by the connected repayments bank account. Daily payments will be withdrawn from your linked bank account. You must have an account linked at all times.

Repayment for purchases will be processed for repayment at the end of each business day from your connected bank account. However, there are some common exceptions when you might not yet see a repayment clear from your bank account:

  1. Bank Holidays.

If a purchase is made before or on a bank holiday, repayments can take longer to process. Typically, you will start to see movement within your account the following business day after a bank holiday.

  1. Merchant Holds.

Some merchants will prevent the transaction from clearing completely until the items from your order have shipped.

  1. Late-Day Transactions.

If a purchase is made late in the day (after 4 p.m. PT / 12 a.m. UTC), we will not initiate repayment until the following day.
