When we opened our soft launch early this year, we had no idea the overwhelming amount of enthusiasm we'd receive for Zena. We're proud to be the only spend management software for Interior Designers that truly works for you. We're also so proud to have such amazing customers that have made Zena what it is today, and continue to shape what we will be in the future. After much anticipation, we’re thrilled to share something special with you. In the coming months, we’re rolling out enhancements to your Zena experience, making it even easier to focus on what you love: design.

Zena is getting a boost! Expect a faster, more reliable platform that lets you spend less time on admin and more time on the creative stuff.


Better Rewards

You spoke, we listened. This fall, we’re launching a fresh lineup of rewards, including statement credits for recurring expenses and business investments like business coaching, PR consulting, and more—just for using your Zena card.


No More Daily Payments

While functionality on the platform will stay the same, the way in which your Zena cards are funded will be changing - for the better! Currently you’ve connected your bank account to Zena for daily balance checks and repayments. The new Zena experience still connects to your bank account but you will fund your projects by simply transferring the funds directly to the card. This will help minimize declines, daily repayments, and balance confusion.

When do I have to move over to the new Zena experience?

We will sunset our current version of Zena in the coming months.

What will and won’t transfer over from my current account

While we're working hard to ensure a smooth transition, there are a few things you should know about transferring your data to the new Zena. One important thing to note is that your Projects won't automatically transfer, and you will need to apply for our new Zena cards. Don't worry, though - we've made it easy to recreate your projects in the new system, and the application process takes less than 5 minutes.

Will I still have access to my old data?

Unfortunately, access to old data will no longer be available after the original Zena platform is sunsetted. To ensure that important transactions are retained, it’s best to export any data you wish to keep before that date.

How do I move over to the new Zena platform?

Our Zena Member specialist team is here to help you through this process. We will contact each customer to schedule an onboarding session to get you set up and purchasing as soon as possible. We're committed to making this transition as hassle-free as possible for you!

Will I need to learn a new system?

Zena will feel familiar, with a look and layout similar to what is currently used. While there will be some changes, our team will meet with you to ensure complete comfort and confidence with the new platform.

Will my current Zena virtual and physical cards still work?

Your current physical and virtual Zena cards will remain active until the end of this year, at which point we will sunset all current products and cards. To ensure a smooth transition and avoid any disruption to purchasing, it’s a good idea to transfer to our new version as soon as we contact you about your onboarding date.

What about my QuickBooks integration?

Zena continues to support the QuickBooks integration for both you and your bookkeeper. We'll guide you through the setup process. Alternatively, you can check our documentation for detailed instructions on how to connect your QuickBooks account to the new Zena.

Will I need to pay for the new version?

New sign-on customers will need to pay a membership fee to access Zena. However, as a special thank you for being with us since the beginning, loyal customers like you will continue on our legacy plan and won’t need to pay for Zena right away, as we work with you to ensure a smooth migration. We will however have you sign a contract so that we can count you as a Zena customer going forward.

What about the Zena Rewards I have earned so far?

We have great news! As you onboard to the new Zena experience, we’ll automatically round you up to the nearest rewards tier to thank you for being an amazing customer! You’ll receive statement credits upt o $500 in your new Zena account in the amount of the legacy reward offer, allowing you to keep the cash and spend it however you’d like. Not moving forward with us? Speak with our concierge team to fulfill rewards before the end of the year.
